Today is the first day where lessons are carried out, our lecturer Mr. Lim Swee Siong, happens to be our teacher for our core module Strength of Materials. We got into a class and lesson begins, all our spirits were drained once he began teaching us what we had learnt in the past few semesters, most of us got bored and started talking to one another or take photos of the beautiful scenery at the windows. It is just so mundane but there is a catch to the end, he told us to do a tutorial before we leave and will hold us back if not done so. So everyone had their minds refreshed and actually started using our brains to actually work out the questions given. Then the environment was once again very lively.

Lunch time, our second teacher Mr. Nick was so nice that he treated our group for lunch, we tried their local delicacies and it was simply delicious like mah poh tofu and bitter gourd with fried eggs. It is a must try!!

In the cold evening, we were invited by the school to attend a live concert played by local students and 2 friends of mine from the group. There was singing, hip hop dancing ,acting and the best part is that 2 of my classmates get to rap on stage and got the audience on their feet. This upholds the school image to show that we too have talented people. All of us enjoyed that night and there was a photo taking session, everyone including me got famous in one night. So COOL…!
