At 12am midnight, everyone went to Praashant’s room and gave him a birthday surprise by pouring powder all over his body on the bed.

In the morning, class as usual and I finish up the last two questions, took a good two hours because the last question was long as it requires me to draw two Mohr’s circle.

In the afternoon, I brought my laptop over to do my project work in class but it turns out that there was no signal to get me to the worldwide web. So I eventually did my journal in class before my laptop battery died and went back to dorm to do project work.

At 7pm, I met the class outside Praashant’s Room together with our China friends. 

We went to a restaurant outside school where everyone paid $30 Yuan except for 5 students including me; they are Jia Hui, Praashant, Jasmine and Chee Seng.

 This was to celebrate all birthdays in China for March and April. Eudy was the one who organized the meal and she ordered many dishes for all 50 of us, we drank local beer and Sprite. We ate a lot, round after round.

In the end, we have a Tiramisu cake for the five of us to cut and had a cake fight in the restaurant for 5 seconds.

 

 People were having fun until someone broke plates and we stopped what we were doing. All of us were covered with cake and the thick cream and we washed up to clear the mess we made as the owner of the restaurant was unhappy about this. 

To cheer her up, we gave her cake along with the chefs and we paid for the damages done. All had a share of the remaining cake and walked back to school with the smell of chocolate, Galen was the only one drunken and walked funny.

At our dorms, all birthday boys and girls were given birthday bash by the class. So much fun!! Late evening, I washed my shirt thoroughly and threw away my worn out Reebok shoes as it was covered in cream. Fun day!!!
